My parents spend their Easterweekend on camping "Auf Kengert" in
Larochette in Luxembourg and I decided to join them but not in my
parents Toyota but on my Honda CB125S.
I left home on Wednesday at seven o'clock in the morning and past
Breda, through Turnhout, Diest, St. Truiden, Huy, Marche, Bastogne
and Diekirch, I arrived at the camping in Larochette. Fortunately
it was cold but dry weather all the way to Larochette.

Although it was dry while I came to Luxembourg, as soon as I arrived
the weather was deteriorating. There was wet snow and at night it was
freezing.

In the morning it was freezing and all the cars around me had problems
getting started, my fathers Toyota had a problem with a froozen gearbox,
our friends Ford Granada did not start at all and so did a Mercedes
parked next to our caravan. My little Honda started with two kicks and
purred like a kitten.

On the camping I met some other bikers. A group of them came from Germany.
Peter, with Frank as a passenger was riding his fathers BMW R60/6 and Alex
was riding his Suzuki GT125. Stoffel and his girlfriend came in their
Volkswagen Beetle.

Together with them, I went to the city of Luxembourg. Peter, who was
riding his fathers BMW, was very cautious. he was so cautious that he could
not keep up with me on the little Honda 125cc...... (I guess he has a
very strict father) but now, some time later, I thing it was the wise
thing to do.
All the time we had showers of wet snow but fortunately the roads were
clean enough to ride safe.

There were also some Dutch bikers on a Kawasaki 900, three GoldWings and
a Honda CB350/4.

On Mondaymorning, I left the camping to go home. I was glad that I had good
raingear because I had a lot of wet snow and rain on my way home but
at half past four, after a safe journey, I parked the bike in front of
my parents house.
The bike did a good job. No technical problems and a fuel consumption
of thirty kilometer on a liter !
